Spontaneous (2020)

The black comedy of this coming age, surprisingly, includes Gore’s vesicular pops. Follows the unspoken Mara (Catherine Langford) and Dylan (Charlie Plummer), two teenagers who fall in love in the midst of a horrific ordeal: their classmates one by one in any shocking moment. They start exploding uncontrollably. Incredible events force teens to put aside their worries about the future and focus on living and enjoying the moment. High ideals are handled logically and romance is never pleasant. A clever, fast and often funny walk.

A Quiet Place Part II (2021)

A sequel to John Krasinski’s fugitive hit, A Quiet Plus Part II, re-watches Abbott’s match as he is forced to leave his home and travel to the unknown. With completely new children, traveling and stressful, family members have to take small steps and move on.

World War Z (2013)

World War II discovered the effects of the disease, which spread throughout the world in 2013, but in this case the tragedy turned the victims into irrational zombies. Starring Brad Pitt as Jerry Lane, a former UN investigator, the film follows the spread and possible cure for this widespread zombie plague.

Sleepy Hollow (1999)

After the story of Achbod Crane and Headless Horseman, Sleepy Hollow is a classic tale of Tim Burton. With the regular staff of Johnny Depp and Christina Ricci, behind this classic fantasy horror is the wealth of Star Power.

Children of the Corn (1984)

It would be wrong to have a list of horror movies without being influenced by the works of Stephen King. Children of the Corn is a slasher classic featuring a group of bizarre children committing the crimes and murders of a supernatural being in a small rural town. A classic for a reason.

Sharknado (2013)

Sometimes a hilarious horror is exactly what you need – not too scary, but not too cool. Sharknado is the perfect combination of humor, paired with gore dhank. In a world where you sometimes feel like a little fish in a big pond, why not spend some time watching the shark herd?

Train To Busan (2016)

If you are looking for a seriously inspiring zombie movie, don’t look any further. Train to Busan is an action horror story about a family trapped in a train amid a horrific zombie outbreak. Not only is it gripping and intense, it is also amazingly human for a movie about zombies. Well worth a watch!

Carrie (1976)

One of the most popular horror movies on this list, Carrie is a classic for a reason. Featuring Sisypheasic, the film focuses on the trials of the telescopic teen Kerry as she confronts cruel teens, growing pains and family conflicts. Since then, it has encouraged reboots and musicals, but nothing is far behind.

Suspiria (2018)

If you like your horror movies that are a bit associated with modern dance (and who wouldn’t!) Then Susperia is definitely the one for you. It tells the story of a supernatural dance academy run by a coyote of witches, and covers topics such as motherhood, crime and abuse of power. In tribute to the original 1977 film, Susperia starred Dakota Johnson and Tilda Swinton.

The Neon Demon (2016)

If psychological horror (and only a touch) is in your street, consider checking out Neon Demon. Starring Elle Fanning, Gina Mellon and Kiano Reeves, the film follows an aspiring model (Fanning) as she tries to make her way into the cut-throat industry at any cost.
